Making a purchase
We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.
Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Express delivery is usually next day, although not guaranteed. We request customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm.

It is difficult for us to know how long orders take to arrive. As an approximate guide we say...
Air to most places 7/10 days.
Surface minimum 4 weeks to Europe. USA/Canada 4/6 weeks, Japan/South America 6/8 weeks, Australia 8/12 weeks.
Overseas orders are sent by airmail unless surface mail is specified.
Shipping cost is calculated when you place your order and you will not receive further charges. We currently debit cards in pounds sterling - this will be converted by your card provider to your local currency.
Cancellation of Order and Returns
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your own cost or you may ask us to arrange collection, which will be chargeable. We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in as new condition.
